WinLase is a Windows-based laser marking and galvo-scanner control application designed for industrial engraving, coding, and traceability. It lets you create and manage marking jobs with text, logos, vector graphics, and barcodes (including 1D formats, Data Matrix, and QR), and apply fills, hatching, and layers to optimize cycle time and mark quality. The software provides precise control of laser parameters—such as power, speed, frequency, and sequencing—and interfaces with compatible scan heads and laser sources for accurate positioning. Production features like serialization, date/time codes, variable data, and I/O or encoder support help integrate marking into automated lines. Calibration, field correction, and preview tools streamline setup and validation.
